A strong, happy team is essential to Chesmar Homes’ growth and success. And Chesmar recognizes that cooperative, responsive teamwork depends greatly on the support given to the growth of the individual. Chesmar associates learn on the job by shadowing and training, as well as receiving financial aid for continuing educational course work. Team building exercises ensure we are the best we can be for our customers and include various educational and inspirational guest speakers’ as well as fun activities like team ballgames and kart track racing.
